Welcome to our troubleshooting page hopefully we can resolve any issues you have tuning in or with anything to do with website.

Tuning In:
We use windows media encoder to broadcast our live streams which plays via windows media player , this should automatically work on most modern browsers, you may get a yellow security bar appear in browser asking you to allow active x controls this is normal and you must allow them for embedded media player to work. You can also tune in without the built in player and use you normal windows media player by clicking the following link Click Here , this will also work in other media players including Winamp , Itunes, VLC media player although you may only receive audio not the video stream. Please check the Timetable to make sure someone is live if you still have problems tuning in.

Live Chatrooms:
You can access our chatroom via our site but you will need the java plugin which is free to download. you can also access the chatroom via MIRC - this is a bit more advanced and can be setup manually or by clicking the following link irc://irc.bpm-radio.com/Chat , this should open your Mirc application and join room automatically. for manual setup you must go into Mirc options and add a channel the details are as follows - irc server is :- irc.bpm-radio.com or 204.45.74.42:6667 -- port is 6667 group is #Chat and #Radio make sure use a capital "C" on #Chat same for "R" #Radio.
This site also uses macromedia flash - so you may need to install the flash player plugin which is a free download but should automatically install if needed. It is available from Adobe.com
